How do I change my billing frequency?
RescueAssist subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
Note: Some billing contacts log in to the Billing Center to manage their RescueAssist billing info themselves. However, other billing contacts for larger accounts (referred to as "corporate" accounts) typically work with a LogMeIn representative to manage their account on a different self-service site called the Corporate Billing Portal.
- If you use the Billing Center to manager your subscription plan yourself, you can log in and follow the instructions under How do I change my current RescueAssist subscription plan? to access your plan settings.
- If you use the Corporate Billing Portal to manage your subscription plan with a LogMeIn representative, then you can submit a request for a change to your billing frequency at Corporate Account Services.
