Switching Between Monitors

If multiple monitors are connected to the customer's device, the agent can select which monitor they want to view during a Remote Control or Unattended session.

  1. During a Remote Control or Unattended session, click MONITOR SWITCH on the toolbar at the top of the Agent Console.
  2. From the drop-down select the monitor you want to view.

You can see the screen of the selected monitor.

You can switch to another monitor any time during the session, following the same steps.
