Switching Between Monitors
If multiple monitors are connected to the customer's device, the agent can select which monitor they want to view during a Remote Control or Unattended session.
Note: This feature is not available during a Remote View session because at the start of a Remote View session the customer has to select which monitor or application window they want to share, and the agent cannot change that.
- During a Remote Control or Unattended session, click MONITOR SWITCH on the toolbar at the top of the Agent Console.
- From the drop-down select the monitor you want to view.
Note: Currently, you can select only one monitor at a time.
You can see the screen of the selected monitor.
You can switch to another monitor any time during the session, following the same steps.
