Creating Desktop Shortcuts for Devices

    Agents can create desktop shortcuts for quick access to unattended devices.

    1. Click the Devices tab of the GoToAssist Remote Support v5 Agent Console.
      Tip: Cannot see the Devices tab? Click the GoToAssist Remote Support logo in the top-left corner of the console.

      Result: The list of devices set up for unattended access is displayed.

    2. Select a device from the list by hovering over it.
    3. Under Actions, click and hold the Connect button and drag it to your desktop.
    Results: A shortcut to the device is created on your desktop.

    To start an unattended support session on the device, double-click the shortcut.
