Zooming in/out on the Customer's Screen

Agents can zoom in and zoom out on the customer's screen to get a more or less detailed view.

  1. During an active Remote Control or Remote View session, click Zoom on the toolbar at the top of the Agent Console.

    Result: The zoom preset value selector is displayed.

  2. You can either click Fit to scale the image of the customer's entire screen to fit the width of the Agent Console display area, or choose from preset zoom values.
    Tip: When zoomed in, the agent can scroll around the screen by moving the mouse pointer to the edge of the screen.
