Working with System Information (Diagnostic Reports)

    The System Info tab provides a snapshot of the current status of the customer's device to help you troubleshoot problems.

    Before you begin:
    Attention: Does your product look different? You may need information about GoToAssist Remote Support v4. Click HERE.

    Restriction: The full set of system information is available only during a remote control session. During a chat-only or remote view session, basic browser-related information is displayed.
    Restriction: This feature is not supported for mobile devices. For information about getting Device Info through chat for iOS devices, see Managing a Remote Control/Remote View Session on Mobile.
    1. During an active session, click the INFO button on the toolbar in the top-right corner of the console.

      Result: The following view-only information is displayed.

      • CPU
      • Memory usage
      • Logical drives
      • System
      • Processes
      • Network

    2. For detailed information, expand any system info item by clicking on it.
