Is there a time-out for sessions?

    These time-out rules apply to support sessions and the Support Key.

    There is no time-out for active/live support sessions. Live sessions will continue until either the support agent or the customer receiving support terminates the session.

    Session timeout (the time after which a session is automatically closed if no customer joins) is 60 minutes for paid accounts.

    Does the Support Key expire?

    Once a Support Key is generated, it remains valid for starting a session for 60 minutes.
