How do I get support for GoTo Resolve MDM?
Miradore and GoTo have joined together to provide an all-in-one business communications and IT management experience for small and medium-sized businesses called GoTo Resolve MDM.
If you have purchased this product, you should have received a welcome email with a link to activate your account. Once activated, you can access and log in to your account through the personalized link provided. Should you need assistance while logged in, simply click the CONTACT US button on the top right side of your screen. What do I do if I can’t find my personalized link to access my GoTo Resolve MDM account?
If you are unable to find your personalized link, navigate to https://www.miradore.com/support/ and log in there. Once you are logged in again you’ll be directed to your main dashboard, and will have access to our knowledge base and additional support options.
