How do I change the account name for my whole GoTo account in the GoTo Admin Center (classic)?

Admins can change the account/company name for the GoTo account.

  1. Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at
  2. Select Admin Settings in the navigation menu.
  3. For the Account Name pane, select Edit.
  4. Enter your desired account name, then select Save.
    Note: It may take up to 10 minutes to update the account name throughout.
Results: The account name has been successfully changed.
