Customer-side Language Settings

The GoToAssist Remote Support application runs in the language selected as the active language on the customer's computer. If the application is not available in the customer's language, the English version is used.

The GoToAssist Remote Support customer mobile app automatically detects the language setting on the target mobile device, and runs in that language. If the app is not available in the customer's language, the English version is used.

Tip:
Windows
Language is set using the Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings > Language tab.
Mac
Language is set using the Apple Menu > System Preferences > Languages and Regions.

The following languages are supported:

  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish
